Dave brings extensive experience in finance and private equity. Prior to joining LDD, Dave was a member of both the Board and the Investment Committee for Founder China Partners (FCP), a $250 million private equity fund focused on the privatization of municipal and principal State-Owned Enterprises in China. He was concurrently a Managing Director of The Brannock Group, LLC, a private equity firm and General Partner of FCP headquartered in Washington, D.C.

Previously, Dave was a Managing Director of Galway Partners LLC, an investment and merchant bank in Washington D.C. Galway purchased as a principal over $1.6 billion in legal fees receivables from attorneys representing 43 States in their law suits against the US tobacco industry. The purchase was financed by asset-backed securities bonds collateralized by the fee receivables. Prior to Galway, Mr. Fu co-founded Iconixx Corp., an IT consulting firm with 550 consultants and revenues in excess of $140 million in 1999.

Dave has served as Independent Director on the Board of Directors for the Greenspring Fund (a mutual fund) since 1991 and is the Chairman of its Audit Committee. Dave was also a member of the Advisory Committee for Taiwan Mezzanine Fund I, a private equity fund that makes direct investments in Taiwan, and he was the majority owner of the general partner of Greater China Private Equity Fund, a private equity fund that made direct investments in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Dave holds a B.E.S. from Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A. and a M.S. in Finance from Loyola University.
